It’s always fun getting the kids ready for the new school year.

This year, our daughter started kindergarten and our son started third grade. It was the first time for me walking both kids to school together.

Same school, same building, same staff.

After moving to San Diego in April, this first day of school week was a milestone for us as family. It marked one of the main reasons why we wanted to move down here.

Del Sur Elementary seems to be everything that we want for our kids. And the kids seem to be enjoying the new environment, their teachers, and new friends.

We are very grateful and fortunate that both our kids will be able to go to the same school for next few years until our older one starts middle school at a nearby school.

I look forward to seeing what these two accomplish at their new school!
