Earlier this month we had the opportunity to attend the Kyoto Prize Symposium in San Diego. This was a Gala affair in every which way. Our first time attending a wine and dine class event that gave us a great excuse to get dressed up which we like to do. The event celebrated the accomplishments of 4 individuals who one the international award called the Kyoto Prize. We thoroughly enjoyed the company, conversations, and new connections we made. But more importantly we learned the great accomplishments of these four extraordinaires and left feeling inspired. I want to personally thank KPMG for inviting us to join their table. We hope this is the first of many galas and perhaps someday we can celebrate someone we know who wins this prestigious award.
